Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Securely package the unused beauty products in their original boxes, ensuring the items are protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal hub, keeping your proof of postage receipt for tracking purposes.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
